The course is designed to build your skills gradually until the applied skills become second nature where (hands –on work) is important, we will use the facilities we have to their full potential to teach you how you can easily achieved. We will provide you with an intensive Practical Training .The programmes will offer the opportunity to gain an understanding of how we work with people in different settings you will receive training which reflects (Reality hands-on work) and provide you comprehensive understanding of what you will need to do as apprenticeship/traineeship to meet the standards. During the first 3 month you will be trained and assessed to achieve the various placements the Community and in remaining 3 month you will be paid as apprenticeship/traineeship and will receive a full Certificate of Practical Training Hands on Work.

How You ‘ll Learn

This is a practical course, entirely hands on, working on a variety of area this is a fantastic access to practical training as well as apprenticeship/traineeship and assessment; we will also ensure you have a full understanding of portfolio building and evidence gathering. Prepares and qualifies you for the new career as you will learn well and see the value in personal development. Our training has been developed to help you fully understand how to gather work based evidence. How to enlist the help of an onsite recorder, how to record photographic evidence and so on. All we can do here is prepare you for the process for when you are in the real working environment. At the end of the course, we will provide you with a start-up portfolio which will include all of the evidence and assessment sheets ready for you to use as and when you gather your work based evidence. Able Skills will register you as someone who is working towards achieving.
